Service Information

I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. See below what counselling can look like and if it can meet your own needs.

Counselling & Psychotherapy

I offer remote one-to-one telephone and video counselling and psychotherapy sessions, providing a flexible and accessible way to engage in therapy. These sessions allow you to access support from the comfort and safety of a space that feels right for you.

As an integrative counsellor, I draw on a range of theories and approaches to meet your individual needs. Every person brings their own unique experiences, challenges, and goals to counselling, so I tailor my approach accordingly. Together we can explore difficulties, develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, and work towards positive and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I have experience supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including:

- Abuse & Neglect

Clients

Here in my counselling practice I offer support to a diverse range of individuals, tailoring sessions to meet the unique needs of each client. I have lots of experience working with neurodivergent clients, of all ages. I am also fully insured to work with UK and international clients world wide.

Children and adolescents

In my practice I work with children and adolescents, offering counselling and psychotherapy. I have lots of experience working with them, including my current role as a school counsellor.

Child and adolescent counselling provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. By building a trusting therapeutic relationship, clients are encouraged to develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper understanding of the challenges they may be facing.

Adults

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and there may be times when you feel stuck, lost, or unsure of how to move forward.

Adult counselling offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, build emotional resilience, and find ways to move towards the life you want to live. At your own pace, you will be supported to make sense of your experiences and create meaningful, lasting change.
